This sturdy 2' x 4' box is great for feeding your horse. The Hay Box is great for 1-2 horses and will extend the eating time up to 5x's longer. We also make Hay
Boxes for mini's and larger boxes to accomadate several horses. The Hay Box is hand made, strong & study. The hay is put in the box, the grid goes on top
and you close the lid, it's that simple!
The box will hold approximately 1 large square bale (60+ pounds) or 2+ small square bales (35-50 pounds). Horses have to work a bit to get the hay, so it
keeps them busy and the hay lasts up to 5 times longer! The weight of the grid keeps the hay held down and the lid keeps the grid from being pulled out of
the box. There's no wasted hay and the horse eats in the head down position like they are supposed to. The Hay Box mimics foraging which is what horses
do naturally. The bottom has a screen that keeps the hay in the box but lets the moisture go out the bottom.
There are feeders for large square bales and round bales but nothing that worked for us for the small square bales, 40-50 pounders. We wanted to feed
clean hay and keep it clean, this feeder does all that and extends the time it takes for them to eat. No more wasted or nasty hay!

The Hay Box for mini's is $195.00 - This box is the same size in everyway as the big box but is shorter for the little ones. It's about the height of a bale of hay.
We can also stain or paint them for an additional fee.

The Horse Power Instructor Training School is now accepting applications for its Spring 2011 Instructor Certification Course. Horse Power is a NARHA (North
American Riding for the Handicapped Association) Premier Accredited Center and offers and extensive twelve week course covering all aspects of
therapeutic horsemanship instruction.
Individuals who take this course and pass the NARHA certification requirements are eligible for NARHA Instructor Certification at the Registered level. Horse
Power's Instructor Training School specializes in Equine Experiential Learning. The program offers an unparalleled learning experience leading to national
NARHA Instructor Certification. Our candidates receive 2 semi-private riding lessons a week, to help them to pass the NARHA riding exam, along with 25+
hours teaching students with cognitive and physical disabilities to fulfill the phase 2 requirement for Registered Level Instructor status. To date, 46 graduates,
ranging from 18 to 63 years of age, have successfully completed the rigorous program of riding, teaching, training and coursework.

This sturdy 2' x 4' box is great for feeding your horse. The Hay Box is great for 1-2 horses and will extend the eating time up to 5x's longer. We also make Hay
Boxes for mini's and larger boxes to accomadate several horses. The Hay Box is hand made, strong & study. The hay is put in the box, the grid goes on top
and you close the lid, it's that simple!
The box will hold approximately 1 large square bale (60+ pounds) or 2+ small square bales (35-50 pounds). Horses have to work a bit to get the hay, so it
keeps them busy and the hay lasts up to 5 times longer! The weight of the grid keeps the hay held down and the lid keeps the grid from being pulled out of
the box. There's no wasted hay and the horse eats in the head down position like they are supposed to. The Hay Box mimics foraging which is what horses
do naturally. The bottom has a screen that keeps the hay in the box but lets the moisture go out the bottom.
There are feeders for large square bales and round bales but nothing that worked for us for the small square bales, 40-50 pounders. We wanted to feed
clean hay and keep it clean, this feeder does all that and extends the time it takes for them to eat. No more wasted or nasty hay!
The Hay Box fully assembled is $210.00
The Hay Box for mini's is $195.00 - This box is the same size in everyway as the big box but is shorter for the little ones. It's about the height of a bale of hay.

hours teaching students with cognitive and physical disabilities to fulfill the phase 2 requirement for Registered Level Instructor status. To date, 46 graduates,
ranging from 18 to 63 years of age, have successfully completed the rigorous program of riding, teaching, training and coursework.
